We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to support the development, integration, maintenance, and operational support of enterprise applications within a structured government environment. The developer will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications using C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SignalR, and related Microsoft technologies. The role will also involve database integration, application architecture, AI-enabled integrations, production support, deployments, and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities -Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core. -Develop and maintain secure and scalable RESTful Web APIs. -Implement real-time communication solutions using SignalR. -Develop or support live chat, notifications, real-time updates, and agent hand-off workflows. -Develop and maintain Blazor-based applications where required. -Apply Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles. -Design applications for scalability, maintainability, modularity, and testing isolation. -Develop and optimize solutions using Microsoft SQL Server. -Integrate applications with Oracle databases. -Develop repository layers for complex stored procedures, including multiple cursor outputs. -Support AI-enabled applications using Python and/or TypeScript where required. -Integrate LLM, RAG, MCP, and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications. -Support Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines. -Participate in MLOps and application deployment activities. -Troubleshoot and resolve production application issues. -Support critical deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and operational activities. -Prepare system architecture diagrams, API specifications, solution designs, and technical documentation. -Work closely with technical, infrastructure, business, and project teams. -Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
-Strong professional experience in C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development. -Strong hands-on experience with SignalR and real-time communication solutions. -Experience with Blazor Web Applications is highly preferred. -Proven experience with Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design. -Strong Microsoft SQL Server development and optimization skills. -Experience integrating .NET applications with Oracle databases. -Experience working with complex stored procedures and repository patterns. -Familiarity with Python and/or TypeScript. -Good understanding of LLMs, RAG, MCP, and Generative AI concepts. -Basic understanding of prompt engineering. -Experience with Docker and containerized applications. -Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. -Exposure to MLOps practices is preferred. -Experience preparing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs. -Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. -Good written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work in structured enterprise or government project environments. -Exposure to healthcare, licensing, insurance, or government systems is preferred. -Willingness to support production environments and urgent technical incidents. -Ability to work 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. -Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent incidents when required.
